Jonathan has been working with children in the New York City area since 1998 combining traditional American folk songs with his own blend of new favorites.

A dynamic entertainer and accomplished musician, Jonathan has produced several CD’s with local NYC children’s groups, including the 92nd Street Y and Beth Elohim Early Childhood Center.

He customizes his performance for every group. Whether alone or with his four piece Acoustic Rooster Band, Jonathan’s wide repertoire and open-ended songs make the music fit the theme of the day — whether birthday, holiday, camp-out or hand-out. And be careful, his interactive stories might end up featuring.. YOU!
